Key Paypal payment.
Just paid for my key by Paypal which was straight forward enough. I can only tell you about Paypal.co.uk but would think other Paypal sites might be similar.
Step 1. Log into Paypal.
Step 2. Click on send money.
Step 3. Click on Pay anyone.
Step 4. Enter Daniels e-mail address, enter euro amount,then click on button marked-sending money to family and friends.
Paypal adds a surcharge of e3.95 per e106 that you send. Then click on continue and complete the transfer. Hopefully there should work on the German Paypal site as well. good luck!

I didn't have any option in german paypal for declarition of the origin of the payment.
So I just added "Gift for Daniele" as subject.
Hope this is sufficienct. As we are within the EU, paypal itself shouldn't charge anything to the recipient.
