I think that sort of sums it up Tell someone you love them today because life is short. But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |

Well, i am on Puma number 4
The very first in 2007 had a abs sensor at 600 miles, and have just had a set of headlamp rings on the current one,, apart from that, all good !! Reading between the lines on the forum, the only thing i can put it down to, is that a dealer has not touched any of them, for warranty or service The current one is 18 months old , and normally gone by now,, just not convinced with the current version, so this one may be a keeper for a while longer, and order/upgrade the range rover with a new one of them California F1, 75th 110 "Kermit", 50th Ann V8, 90 V8 Hybrid, 55 Series 1 Main Brian James Trailer Dealer for South West UK |

Electrically heated seats, Puma heater & vents warm me & mine up in about 10 mins.
I have an electrically heated front windscreen so don't get the adrenalin flowing having to scrape ice off. Land Rover Defenders. 67 years heritage, minimal appearance changes, still going strong all over the world. Not a fashion vehicle, but fashionable to own. Made for the needy, not the greedy. Like Odin posted earlier, mine too is a daily drive. 110 2.4 Utility XS. 2 years old now and 27K no major problems. It rattles a bit and the rear door needs a good shove. I'm still waiting for the Dealer to mend my heated drivers seat --it's not worked from new. Radio reception is abysmal, and with the aircon on it is just a cacophony of electrical interference. Compared to the Disco 3 that preceded it, it is wonderful - I get in it and expect to arrive at my destination in it - without RAC assistance.
I don't think that it is much noisier than my Gen 1 Disco Mk2 and is just as comfortable. I've been down to the Pyrenees in it on two occasions - both times in one drive. I came back to a Defender after four Disco's - 3 Mk2s and a Mk3. I had two Defender 90s in the 1990s but didn't use them as a daily drive. This one is the best of the lot of them - by a long way. It's obviously great at getting dirty but it actually is acceptable on the Motorway too. I've towed a large caravan through France on several occasions and have no problem in averaging the legal limit and returning 24mpg. |

Nah, that's just consumable? Craig Rogers 2007 Puma 110 XS 2011 Evoque Coupe Dynamic Lux www.craigrogers.photography |
