2015 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 CSW Montalcino Red

Air-con fascia vent part numbers

I checked out a LR parts catalogue and it seems that the part number for the vent is BTR7072. However, after doing a google search I also found what appears to be the same vent as p/n BTR7071. They look like the same vents except for a massive difference in price. The 7071 ones are much cheaper.

Does anyone know if they are actually the same? Seeing as I have to buy 3 of 'em, the cheaper option makes a lot of sense.
