What size tyres are you running?
Swing away wheel carriers can shift the wheel off centre so there is more room to get at the door handle. Also takes some strain off the rear door hinges. The swing away wheel carriers we supply can come ether powder coated, galvanised, galvanised and powder coated, with or without high lift jack mount. Putting wheel up on a roof rack is a possibility but remember max weight on Puma roof is 150 kg. Wheels especially with large tyres are HEAVY! So putting spare wheels up onto roof and getting them off is not so easy ok possible. Brendan |

Where are your rear soft top mounts? Could they be modified?
Sent me a photo and I will ask the factory if it can be done. Brendan |

The Sonic3d/Alisport carrier will fit a softop; very strong and satisfactory, and no drilling is required. Photos on this thread (scroll down). |

What make is this one - can't seem to see it on your website? It appears to be similar to the Mantec version but with a larger upper mounting plate presumably to spread the load more. Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated |
