Skin top gland is what you need. Come in various sizes and available through any good electrical wholesaler for a couple of quid max (for the size you want). Tighten the rear and the rubber insert tightens on the cable to make a weather proof seal. RS Components would be a good start. If you can't get what you're after drop me a 'pm' and I'll have a rummage and post you a couple.
