Stolen Silver Td5 90 - Holmfirth 4th October

Hi, Please could I inform you of our beloved Land Rover that was stolen in Holmfirth on Thursday 4th October. This is not the first time, as she was stolen 3 months ago. On that occasion the culprit was caught by a diligent police officer that was a landrover nut when he noticed a headlamp hanging off 40 minutes after she was stolen. Unfortunately that thief was bailed, caught again committing another crime and then was bailed again, who knows eh?

After our first 'lesson' poor Luna was secured up to the hilt, with all security bolts external, a recommended steering lock, padlocks on PCU unit and an extra alarm fitted on top of factory alarm. She was under our bedroom window, which was fully open...oh and we have two dogs. All damage to her first assault was fixed after we paid for her release and return with no help financially from our insurance company.

These guys knew what they were doing.

We are heart broken, we even had our wedding cake made as a replica. I am in the process at the moment of convincing my husband to get another and not let them win. Any help (as we are not expecting to see her again this time) in future security measures would be very helpful, if not then anyone in the Holmfirth district, please be vigilant as they out and about and probably casing your loved 4x4 now.
