I use 70mm2 (2 B&S

To select the proper cable, you will need:
Cirxuit voltage 12v
Load current 350amps
Length of conduit 2m
Allowable voltage drop 20%
Ambient temp less than 50c
Continuous load for 2mins
And frankly no fuse (because fuse generate lots of heat. If you use fuse ,you will need larger cable

And after the calculation, I am supposed to use 107mm2 and its rated at 385 Amps in my application

50mm2 is only good for 245 amps @2 meters and voltage drop will be 14%

I used a common DC calculator....
I agrees with black wolf.

My Chinese Runva winch with proper cable can easily beat any warn winch on crappy cable hehe Very Happy
