Chris - I did the same as you under the bonnet and it almost made the noise worse. The sound was 'pushed' through the edges of the bonnet through the hollow sections and seemed to be amplified. I cured this by adding more dynamat to cover/seal all the hollow sections - made a massive difference. I now can't hear the engine at 60/70. Hope this helps

Thumbs Up I saw that thread a while back, very strange how that happened. I added extra dum dum to the door seals the day i brought the 90 to close any gaps up, seems its cured it which is good Mr. Green

Another thing which the 2.2's now have is a rubber gasket which will stop the noise hopefully and also water from getting in Thumbs Up

Anything interesting going on with the current 90 Chris?
Don't forget to take out the Sat Nav power feed from the Keswick 90 to put in the new 90 in a few months Wink Chillin In The BackwoodsπŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Looks different! Not sure if I like it more now or before, I think the lowering was a little extreme. Rolling with laughter Chillin In The BackwoodsπŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ
