Good question! My 1989 90 is perfectly straight which is what made me notice the 100 being droopy. May be something to do with the way they are fitted on the line. I noticed (on a recent factory visit) that the wing is installed complete with lights etc already on it, then a big temporary protection cover is put over it, hiding the wing, so it possible that it makes it difficult to see the alignment until its finished, when its harder to adjust. Possibly earlier models didn't have the protection cover when they assembled them? Thats my theory anyway DJ 1989 200tdi 90 csw 2011 110 usw Orkney grey Buy British 🇬🇧 Defender Clothing Designs available at http://www.rangesports.com/acatalog/Defender-Stuff.html |

It doesn't. It's just that some are worse than others. My TD5 has a bit of a droop on the drivers side, but not enough for me to want to do anything about it.
