Defender partner day
How about a special day when we thank our long-suffering partners for putting up with our obsession? Bunch of flowers, nice meal etc.

I propose Maurice Wilks' birthday, 19th August (1904) Bow down

p.s. I almost misspelled his name "Maurice Wilkes", inventor of the computer - funny how two such brilliant men could have almost identical names. Tell someone you love them today because life is short.
But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing...
