Well last night I fitted the BMC OTA air filter and connected it all up
Haveing the exhaust parts picked up Monday just got to get that finished and then hopefully this radiator will turn up soon and then I will be able to get it up to Peter for his magic 2015 2.2 tdci hardtop xs 3.2 conversion DONE 238bhp and 707nm torque and thats just the start ;-P hybrid turbo in build -done ready to fit ashcroft atb in transfer box 6 speed auto in build |

Just a quick update I've managed remove the studs from the down pipe and test fitted my makeup part just needs slight adjustment then can be fully welded and fitted
Also at last my radiator should be here by the end of the week so if all goes well it might be at Petes before he goes on holiday

What did you have to do to convert the wiring and ECU from 2.4l engine to 3.2l engine? Do you have a link or a step by step guide how to convert all the electronics to new engine? Thanks. |

You will need to talk to pete from bas he is a site sponsor he does the wireing drop him an email bellautos@hotmail.com
It's a lot of work took him over 500hrs to do the first one and I doubt it will be much shorter for mine

Thanks Steve, ill send him an email. In the mean time, it would be great if you could post pics of wiring process as Pete works on your car. Doesnt have to detailed but a general idea. Thanks again and ill be keeping a close eye on your project. |

radiator and intercooler are together and nearly fitted
