Grey trim pegs part No.?
I haven't the faintest idea what LR would actually call them, but i'm after the part number of the grey plugs/pegs that hold the grey interior trim in place.

I had to remove a couple when fitting the cargo barrier and obviously they are designed to go in only and have to be broken when removed. On the 110 they're visible just behind the door catch of the door frame, the head is about 2-3 cm in diameter.

Any ideas/answers very gratefully received!

I've heard them referred to as Christmas Tree plugs. I suspect the easiest place to get them would be any where that sells repair parts as they are a generic part, just come in various sizes and colours.

They're a pain to get out aren't they Sad 110 2.4TDCi

Hmmm. I'm talking about things that have a flat 2-3cm grey head and a about 5-6 cm of plug that has flaps (?) that all face back so that the thing flies in and refuses to come out. Sounds like Christmas Tree Plugs would be a brilliant name for them.

Didn't get round to calling Lookers in Chelmsford. Will see over the w/e. I'm off to Eastnor for my freebie 1/2 day on the track this weekend. Might pop in to Hereford Land Rover and speak to someone who actually knows about Defenders and doesn't spend all day playing with RR Sports!

I fancy starting a book on how much people think LR would charge for the plugs - i'm betting on £2.00 each!

Place your bets!

Sounds like the same things, the are on the rear of the door near the catch and about 2" long when removed. I got bot mine out OK when I fitted the cargo barrier. There's always the delear.
