Right,
Difficult and 'usual' question. The guy has pamapered this thing. Warn winch, full noisekiller kit, Ashcroft sorted tx box, 4 new tyres, safety devices roof rack, split charge system, 4 lightforce roof rack spots, mud rails etc etc. He's had it since 2009 and had a £600 service in 2010 & 2012 and a £350 interim in 2011. £550 worth of new tyres in March too. A proper and total history Shockingly all the doors shut nicely and he had a before'n'after waxoil last winter too. It's the real deal and one of the most honest cars I've seen in 10 years of lander-rovering. I could only find 2 parking dinks on the whole thing which is less than my 110 TDCi ! He had it up for £14950 12months ago in no rush to sell and was honest to say I saw one at Nene for £18k so made mine attractive which in hindsight was too much. He paid £15000 for it in 2009. It's up for £12950 and he again said I'm not really sure about it's price so open to offers. Discuss!  1951 80" S1 2.0

If I didn't already own a 90 I would go for it if it as good as you describe.

That sounds like a very well loved 90! Although a word of warning that Waxoil can be used to cover rotten sections up, that said I doubt this is the case at all judging by the pristine condition and servicing history that you describe!!

If you get it for £11.5K you have got a bargain - fingers crossed
