Finally found how to put pictures in a gallery, so as today Aug 1 is the Swiss national holiday, I took some pictures of my SVX which happy to share. There is a gallery called "My SVX" with 17 pictures in total.
Here is a sneak preview already... For the base you should check with LR. I am sure that for the newer Garmin models you can find the right adaptor to suit the base LR support unit. Mine is a Garmin Nüvi 750 which indeed came standard with the SVX series. The good thing of the LR original base setup is that the sound is wired to a aux speaker behind the lower center dash. Much better sound than from the Garmin unit itself. I think that newer Nüvis can be wired just the same. You never actually own a Defender. I frankly had no choice.... The SVX came in any colour you want,.... as long as it is black Otherwise I might have chosen a dark green one. You never actually own a Defender. Umm, I'm almost too embarrassed to ask this, but, despite being a member for quite a while, I cannot find out how to view a members galleries or to find a gallery with a specific name. |

Across the brown line under the post you will see a button that says gallery. If you have one.
Nice 110, I'm not sure I'd cover those seats up, they're too nice to hide. It's a beaut. |

Greeni, I agree with you. But I noticed that from getting in and out the truck, had appeared some first fine cracks in the leather, so I recently ordered these original LR seat covers for those Recaros in order to avoid that to become worse. I must say that the quality of these seat covers is very good, fitting perfect, and even when driving in very hot weather here (+30°C) without airco, just open windows, no sticky feeling or sweating at all.
