my wipers have stopped working,there is power getting to the motor ,as it gets hot when i move the stalk,i took dash apart to expose the motor,and almost got it out,but the plastic worm thing will not come detached from the motor,i had about 2 inches of the plastic worm exposed,but could not get any further out,but then turned on ignition and motor turned worm so now it is not exposed and will not budge
any help as how to remove motor?
is motor broken?
any help will be good thanks

well the dash is all out now ,found problem with wheel boxes ,also cable is a bit grubby,motor seems fine,just need to order 2 new wheel boxes and new cable,i would also like to renew the protective casing, that goes over the cable any advice on part numbers,it is for 2002 model
