I notice in the latest LRM that Ring are now selling LED headlights for around £500. Billed as 'Europes' first E-marked seven inch LED headlight unit'.

We introduced the first E approved seven inch LED three years ago ,
Nakatananga another site sponsor has been selling this model for a year Made by Sirius in the Far East with a single years warranty and I am glad to say they are actually more expensive than us so finally we are not the people with the expensive LED headlights but the people with the CHEAPEST ECE approved LED headlights at only £400 before a "forum deal" |

Don't think it is somehow? Not when Nakatanenga are knocking them on for 990 odd Euros a pair! Also the excellent quality J W Speaker ones will cost you between approximately £800 - £900 a pair in the UK (1,115 Euros from Nakatanenga). I'd buy a second set of LED headlights and fit them too at that price..... If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! Last edited by K9F on 3rd Jul 2012 7:36am. Edited 1 time in total |

Perhaps you should tell LRM of the error of their ways... Darren 110 USW BUILD THREAD - EXPEDITION TRAILER - 200tdi 90 BUILD THREAD - SANKEY TRAILER - IG@landroveranorak "You came in that thing? You're braver than I thought!" - Princess Leia |

Driving (and fitted to) a red 110 in the RTV and TYRO, yes he loved em and swapped them from motor to motor, said they were very good, but agreed that he would not pay £1,200 for them |

One of the 'idiots' here who didn't spend that 'ridiculous' amount of money either! Each to their own, live and let live, I purchased a set as have many others. As a matter of interest, for that amount you can purchase a 'Lady of the Night' (good looking one too!) who would even do your washing and ironing for you for a week (maybe longer dependant on negotiation) in certain places of the World ......never mind another tatty Land Rover that I don't have the room, time or inclination to buy.
Must be a bit of an idiot himself in my opinion for thinking they're £1,200? They're not! I didn't pay anywhere near that amount! If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

Do you need any additional electrical work done to accept these lights or are they just plug and play ? LR Defender 110 XS Utility Wagon
