Some other wires needing protection
Found a couple other wires/break pipes and cables needing protection from chaffing. Stuck some left over sprague tubing to reduce possible damage.

I suppose I should have explained better.

The group of wires running past the vacuum break cyliner on the outboard side were chaffing on the lip of the booster. These wires are merely taped together with insulation tape.
The next is some sort of cable (maybe the bonnet release) which runs past the inboard side of the vacuum break cylinder and then straight next to the heat shield - mine rubbing against both above items.
The other is the now "bent away" break pipe only mm away from the heat shield now rubs against the other break line below the heat shield. I put some sprague tubing with a cable tie over that section of break line also.

Hope this helps some of you

I've already been over that area and put some conduit over wires and hoses in that section. I'm spending this weekend crawling over the Puma in preparation for a big trip in 12 days time. If I find anything significant, I'll post it up here too. 110 2.4TDCi

Upcomming Trip
D.M - 12 days for you 14 sleeps for me until Botswana - can't wait. First big trip we are doing. Hope my new radiator hose arrives by then Mr. Green
Goood luck with the crawling about the fender on the weekend. I have to spend mine at work assembling a troublesome propeller shaft that was a can of worms when we opened it up.
