my hi cap i had for the past year had been brought and serviced (by previous owner) and i took it back their for its 3rd service (36 000 miles). they seemed pretty good, tea coffee etc on reception, text me when it was ready a few hours later, even gave the inside a light clean... even sent me reminders months later when other bits where due to have work done like the breaks.
but i have never used a different dealership so don't know what to compare them too. but they were really when i wanted to do a px for a new one with them, took months to get back to me and never seemed like they wanted the deal so i went else where. |

Bought my Puma and FL from them. Had a 1st class purchase sales and service experience from them on all occaisions. nothing has been too much trouble for them and vehicles always returned clean.
Very good service IMHO. BM52 |

Harwoods Edenbridge very good also, ranked about 7 apparently out of all the UK's branches. think it was £380 for my first service, quite happy for you to chat and see what they are doing while they work
A good dealership or independent is so important, I do feel sorry for the guys that have bad dealerships near them. LR need to sort them out Some have haggled their first service down to £250 - good luck with that though in the south |

God, you're right there - it's the difference between feeling you've bought a heap of trouble and feeling king of the road. Happily, I am now the latter The first service at my "new" dealers was 450 Euros, so almost exactly the same as in the UK - pleasant surprise considering the cost of living here... Tell someone you love them today because life is short. But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |

Agree with the above. I have always had an excellent service from Gigglepin as well. Always helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. BM52
