hi,
let me tel you first that this is a stuppid question , I know. I have receive my new defender 110 and the mechanic who know me very well did not attach the plate at the back , left side of the defender because he know that I prefer do it my self. the problem I have now is that I do not know how ! I would like to use plastic screws to be sure there is no corrosion but I do not know how to take of the plastic where there is the rear speaker. there are some plastic screw but when I have try to take them off with my screwdriver, they did not turn at all thans for your comments philippe current : defender 110 sw 2.2 puma 2012 and 230.000km today and again my Range Rover VM2.5 engine from 1992 and 528.000km today. They are fixed on with double sided padded sticky tape. just give it a good pull across the top.

How the plate is fixed will depend on your supplying dealer, as they are fitted by them and not at the factory.
You say there are screws in place so I wouldn't just pull the plate off 1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top 2015 D90 XS SW |

to try to be a little more clear, I have a support plate wtih holes , so , I did think to fix it with screws. but I will try to find double sided sticky tape ...
