yep the screw holes are beneath it very easy mod just pop the plastic one off lever it slightly on each corner with a screwdriver then pull it all away at one not to break any of the clips that way you can refit it later on when you sell it for instance. then screw the new one on

Hi, I am thinking of fitting these, do they help the air flow through the heater?
Regards Myn. Smoke me a kipper I'll be back for breakfast. |

A thought occured to me the other day when I was fitting mine, when it snows, won't they just act as two giant funnels for snow to clog up the air intake? Or is that just me over complicating things?

The interesting thing is you get 2 wing top vents the one does jack all except allow stuff into the inner wing, I didnt fit the drivers side one for some time but in the end decided I wanted a balanced look so fitted it. If Im going along my heater now has a steady flow of air without having to run the fan. Just need a KBX grill, head light surrounds and some 18 inch silverlines and it will look like those defenders sold by many tuners DEFENDER 90 TDCI XS,
I hope everyone is well and your land rovers make you happy |

Ehem... snow covers are very useful when it snows a lot...
Bought one of these wing-top boxes to replace my cover for the "useless side" after a knee accident ![]() ![]() Still deciding what to fit in it (sorry, LHD only) ![]() But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |
