rear dog guard door type
Does anyone know of or can recommend a supplier of dog guards the type that fit in the rear door section. (On a 90 Puma) preferably mesh type and lockable. Similar to this: http://www.dogguardsrus.co.uk/instructions...20Gate.pdf

Cheers
Steve

Steve

The guard you show is a Travail one.

They are the only makers of this gate, but at a phenominal price Sad

I missed one on ebay a few weeks ago, well I didnt miss it, it went for too much money !!

One of those things that you think you can make yourself, but theirs always looks better. Come on someone and tell me different ...

Had one in my Disco 1, that I got from ebay. Wish I never sold it.

Thank-you for the link. To be honest the price isn't far of what I expected so another option. The link I have above seems very very similar however I haven't looked properly yet. Will do tomorrow.

It's similar because it is the same silly me Rolling Eyes Travall seem to be the only manufacturer of these things as you say which is surprising. Price is steep but then again what isn't lately Big Cry The front LR genuine dog guard I already have cost me nearly £300 with fitting. This one I could fit but both together are around £500 Shocked Rolling Eyes

Barjo, sorry thats what I had before !

http://www.barjo.co.uk/products/tailgate-guard-discovery-1-89-98

They dont list Defender, and they dont have photos of guards fitted to land Rovers, just library photos of some estate car.
