Well it's 200ps in standard form in a transit and being a 5 cylinder has plenty of torque and runs very smooth. If a defender gearbox can take the power it would make the ultimate defender I'm sure!

Like said,, it also uses the MT82 gearbox. If it is the very same unit, I´m not sure at all. The manual states it can handle 360 Nm. The 3.2 develops a max of 470 Nm IIRC. The other thing is the clutch. Who knows what kind of flywheel-plate-cover is in the transit.

I hope some of the sponsors can clarify things. Puma 110" SW

It should have had a dual mass flywheel to calm it down, but I expect the standard Ford setup on the Transit can't tow as well as the Defender non-DMF set-up? It would probably be quite refined with one.

I don't think you should be worrying about a warranty if you want one lol
I'm all uprated on the axle side and I. Pretty certain the only difference in the gearboxes is the bearings but not 100%

Does sound awesome though attuned 5pot with 250 hp without changing anything but a map hmmmm
