I was driving on a high way and there was a strong exhaust fuel smell in the cabin ,we stop the car and at the top of the engine there was a leak from a yellow button.What that can be?

Thank you for the respond ,do you have an idea what to do and how dangerous it is since there is no (at the moment) have any visual problem on the defender . Thank you for the respond ,I will fix it ASAP ,I hope I will find the part in Greece since is a rear model (most of defenders are V8 ones) also the criss is a big problem with keeping stock.
