Always reminds me of Ford GT40's - I still don't know what the gulf colours represent/mean Confused Doh! Gulf petrol/oil Whistle Wonder what ever happened to that company!

There was a Gulf liveried Aston Martin race car at Snetterton's Spring Meeting a couple of weeks ago. It sounded like a Supermarine Spitfire blasting 'round the circuit and was in a V8 race with Mustangs, Camaros, Corvettes, a 350SL, a TR8, an MGB V8 and a few other unspecified mongrels.

I wobbled 'round on the bike the following day, what a cold and windy place! Nice track though, plenty of run-off space for the over enthusiastic Whistle



I think Grand Prix Legends do Gulf painted Bell Jet helmets, BTW.
