Wow, so it seems I've been neglecting this thread a bit, in truth I've really just been enjoying driving the 110 and working on the camper conversion:
Gas bottle holder (thanks to Wyvern for the idea!): Click image to enlarge The (almost) finished interior: Click image to enlarge Now have a Waeco CR50 fridge fitted - expensive but amazing, as well as a sink, hob and lots of storage. I also tuned the injector pump with the help of a mechanic mate and promptly fitted a 1.2 transfer box to make better use of the increased power - I'm very pleased with the results. The only slight issue I had was a very worn gearbox output shaft, as a temporary (or maybe permanent) fix I cleaned, welded, ground and reshaped the splines of the gearbox before fitting the new transfer box. I've done 500miles since and the set up has stayed tight with no slack as of yet. Recent trip to Wales, spent the week in the landy, used it as a base and walked Snowdon and a few others: Click image to enlarge Overall I'm very happy with how things are going and looking. After tuning and before fitting the new transfer box I was still seeing 28mpg but I think this might have increased slightly with the new box, the next fill-up will tell!
