Put luggage on your empty roof rack ??!
Try a D3/D4 partition Search internet for Rangler nets Use storage boxes and strap in place ? I have two Labs, so know the problem. In our D3, they tend to have the whole boot space. I dont personally like partitioning the area and definately dont like dog cages as they are not tall enough. If I was happy to travel around in a small space I'd have a Smart car ! Hope the above options are of help? |

Im the opposite, prefer mine in a cage so they are safely contained and more secure in the event of an accident of any sorts. Height not an issue for me, having Terriers Guns and Landrovers .... anything else is irrelevant. |

Seb
not the best pic's, Watson our 18mth beagle has plenty of room, his big bed goes in the middle, sleeping bags and cushions go on the tack shelf, oztent chairs and tables etc go down the sides held by the tack baskets, recovery gear in the and car stuff are in the chest behind the draw, food in the draw. Draw and chest is a big layout, therefore, install the tack shelf and install a shelf horizontally from wheel arch to wheel arch creating a big flat base but wolf boxes can then slide under (see last photo nicked from higgers), then put a horizontal divider fixing to top shelf an bottom shelf. Happy to give you a hand Click image to enlarge |
