@ Landyman
I've just nipped over from the Disco3 forum, my son and I are considering fitting a puma Bulkhead and dash into a 2000 td5 with a rotted bulkhead, partly for the more modern look and partly for the improved heater as well as needing a bulkhead repair/replacement anyway. How did you get on with yours? I know there are some differences around the bell housing tunnel and I've heard there is a problem with the heater box getting in the way of the gear stick. Looking at issues with the instruments, we may end up going down the same route as you've suggested with grafting in the original td5 bits. |

Clive sorry for the late reply we ended up using a r380 out of a discovery two. Then we managed to get the gear levers next to each other as the high low range lever is cable driven custom made a transmission tunnel had to cut into the seat box to get the levers to work. This weekend hopefully get the td5 gauges into a custom dash pannel. Phil |
