Full retreat gives an indication of the seriousness.

I've been in Maintenance management since 1987, the changes in mindset over the years from "let's dive in there & mend it" to "how do we assure integrity" has driven many of the improvements in safety.
We are still very good in UK at mending process plants but we do it with regard to integrity, reliability and task safety. Many of our process units are over35 years old, we need a major investment in our process industries if we are to compete with China & India (&Germany) 130 Puma HCPU with an Artica 240LR Demountable Camper
