What spots on pic

Just been browsing through the LRO mag in shop

Can anyone advise what spots are on the D4 on frontncover and other pic inside

Like the look of these but don't recognise theses..

They look like genuine LR type withe the white covers removed. If you look on Copley Land Rover website they have what looks like one of the same vehicles with winch and lights for sale

Couldn't find the pic on Copely's Site

The do not look like the same as on my D3 std LR ones Defender 110 County SW
