Cause: Poor fuel quality or fuel contaminants restricting the fuel injector flow rate. Action: Land Rover engineering now approve the use of the ASNU ultrasonic fuel injector cleaning system on Land Rover fuel injected petrol engines. If the equipment is purchased, training and operating instructions for using the system will be supplied by the ASNU representative. For fuel injector remove and refit procedure refer to Global Technical Reference (GTR) section 303-04.
