F1 - 2012
Not seen a thread yet,

Good qualifying results for Jenson and Lewis, could shape up to be a good season, if Qualies are anything to go by. You cant polish a turd!

Yep, quite a mix up of the teams compared to last year's Red Bull dominance!

So far Sky Sports coverage looking good, nothing too irritating or tabloidy. But they can get rid of that 'Sky Pad' thing - totally pointless!

I agree 100%, has to be in my top 3 of most irritating things on telly. Along with reality TV and Alan Carr! You cant polish a turd!

Quite liked Eddie, but doesn't matter either way as he's not part of the Sky team.....

Decided that if the BBC are too stingy to pay for the full season, we'll just watch the whole lot on Sky and sod 'em! (as we pay for Sky Sports already anyway!)

PS. I can't stand Alan Carr

I resent being forced to go to Sky. - I don't like Sky.

Granted the presentation is slick - but it's just a shade too slick to my mind. Presenters that we used to see looking normal like Kravitz appear to have had a makeover and it seems that we just can't do without the usual quota of heavily made-up blondes straight off the Sky production line asking inane questions (especially that Georgie someone who stands in front of the 'Skypad' and talks to Anthony Davidson).

Having said all that, Croft and Davidson are a welcome addition.

Thus spake a fully paid up GOM.

I'm impressed with Sky F1, I like the rolling replay format which means I can watch bits as and when I can. 2021 Defender 110 X-Dynamic HSE D300 MHEV

Great that there's more coverage and it's always on tap but I felt the qualifying programme on sky was too long winded, they seemed to be over debating and over talking every minute aspect.

I prefer the Bbc coverage tbh, DC and Jake and Eddie make a good combination and I agree with the above about the Georgie woman, WTF is she wearing? If she wants to look like a lumpy misshapen bimbo she's doing it brilliantly! 2016 D4 HSE

I saw what was apparently her interviewing Jenson button in a London cafe, she was wearing an all in one leather outfit and looked like a dogs breakfast. She also acted the bimbo then.

So far she doesn't add any value, I prefer the scottish bird on the BBC with the ample bosoms. At least she is intelligent and the drivers like her (probably nobbed her too) 2016 D4 HSE
