Found a pair of 8' ramps on fleabay, due to finish tomorrow but he won't budge on price. But in his replys to me the spelling is terrible so not I'm not sure how kosher it is, looking at the location and bad spelling. 110 D250 SE HT

The 6' are a bit short, especially if you're using them for barrowing up onto a 10 x 5 tipper, the 8' are better but really heavy in steel, alloy ones are great, we've had a 88 up them, 1.5t dumper, tracked chippers etc, all no problem. Worth holding out for.

I heard a rumour that you can get a mesh ramp to fit the LM range. Anyone have an LM trailer with a mesh ramp fitted rather than using the ramps?
The IW site doesn't give much info, I know the GD trailers have a ramp fitted but not sure if it's transferable? Just looking for other/cheaper options in case ramps don't come up soon 110 D250 SE HT 110 USW SOLD RRE HSE Dynamic Gone, wife killed it VOLVO XC60 R Dynamic with some toys Polaris RZR 900XP SOLD |

Don't think the gd ramp will fit as it will not be long enough for the lm range

After spying a GD trailer the other day and a quick tape measure exercise the mesh ramp is a perfect width but the mounting system wouldn't fit as it sits outboard of the deck. Length of the ramp is irrelevant in real terms as long as I can load my gear I'm happy.
Does the ramp have to be a certain length? 110 D250 SE HT 110 USW SOLD RRE HSE Dynamic Gone, wife killed it VOLVO XC60 R Dynamic with some toys Polaris RZR 900XP SOLD |

That would just mean that the ramp sits at a slightly steeper angle. Can't see it becoming a big issue unless the load you need to load is really heavy and then you'd just load over the side rather than up over the ramp.
Looking at the IW site it shows a pic of what looks like an LM trailer with mesh sides and a lowered mesh ramp. More questions need answered now. http://www.iwt.co.uk/products/flatbed After looking more in depth at the IW site. You can get a mesh ramp to fit. So just now need to see how it's fitted to the rear of the trailer 110 D250 SE HT 110 USW SOLD RRE HSE Dynamic Gone, wife killed it VOLVO XC60 R Dynamic with some toys Polaris RZR 900XP SOLD |
