How would you route the cables I see your idea but IMHO a bonnet pod would look better.

Dunno... through the grille... somehow I hate bonnet pods, it's a truck- not a rally car! Good things come to the wild and free |

My old boss had 4 rectangular spots in the A frame part of his bull bar, it did look different but it didn't quite have a good look in my eyes, looked more perculier than tasty. I saw him a couple of years ago and he'd transferred them to his new Puma and it still looked tacky

Im not a huge fan of A Bars. I prefer the Bull bars with the light guards really but they are hard to find. You can mount normal spots straight to bumper can't you? Good things come to the wild and free

Yes you can. I think there's a picture of the genuine ones mounted on the OE bumper on LR site. Directly to bumper without any bull bar A bar ect ect |

Just a question of how to wire them in I think.
If anyone has any ideas let me know! Good things come to the wild and free |

If you're talking about mounting them to the top side of the bumper, you need to be a bit careful which ones you choose if you've got aircon, as space is a bit tight.

Neatest way I can think of is downwards to the underside of the bonnet and along the underside of the bonnet to near the hinges and then down into the engine bay. You'd have to be careful that the cable didn't get damaged in the bonnet mechanism though. Unless you had specific holes for the cables to go through the bonnet itself. Mistakes could prove very very costly! Maybe some ideas for you |
