What Roy says. I have both fitted and my clutch is light as a feather. It’s lighter than the wife’s Disco sport.

^^^ What Co1 said. i fitted the LOF spring, only to remove it after one drive.

The clutch was so light it felt rather confusing, Shocked especially in and around town.
