| Excellent service from Advanced Factors | |
Would just like to thank Steve at Advanced Factors for an excellent service. Purchased a td5 service kit and he sorted me out with a good deal on a service kit for my Ford Focus TDCi. He sorted all this out on a Sunday night, it was sent out next day and received the following day. All present and correct, well packaged and at a bargain price.

Bought Brembo brake discs, pads + fitting kits over the phone.
Very friendly, helpful & efficient.
Everything thing that I wanted was in stock & was delivered before 9.30am next day.
Had some follow-up queries which were addressed in a manner that was above & beyond the call of duty.
Would use them again without hesitation & heartily recommend their services.
