Horn does not sound when using lock function on key fOB when everything is OK. As it does sound in your case something is either not properly closed, doors or bonnet, OR the activating switch on a door or the bonnet is not working correctly. If the internal lights work when opening the doors individually, then this would indicate the bonnet switch. Probably the bonnet switch is not closing properly and needs adjustment. To check the bonnet switch, close all doors, and with the bonnet open and the bonnet switch depressed, use the key FOB to activate the central locking. Indicators should flash x 2 BUT no horn. If that works adjust the position of bonnet switch so that it is properly depressed when the bonnet is closed.

Work your way round the doors disconnecting the door switches, until you find the one that does not work.

Back doors can be temperamental with the fixed flag on the door not pressing the button in when closed, it can be knocked out of position loading and unloading stuff in the back.
One way to test the door switches is by one at a time, with all the other doors shut. Open one to test, using a screwdriver or something else handy enough to close the catch on the open door(as if it was shut by the door striker) You do this so that the central locking solonoid doesn't throw up a mislock because of the 'open' catch. Press in the plunger found on the door pillar with your finger, so the alarm thinks the door is shut, then activate your FOB. If that particular door that you're on makes things work properly, then you've traced it down. Try testing it by physically shutting the door, remember to open the latch(just use the door handle to open it) before trying to close the door  If the problem comes back then the button on the pillar isn't being pushed in enough, bend the tab on the door back bit by bit and trying it untill it's sorted. It's worth giving the plunge switches a bit of lubrication and a bit of a workout.
