Nothing to worry about, just the sealant settling itself I've touched up the hairline cracks in mine with the lacquer you get with the touch up paint. You could just paint and lacquer yours. Some have taken theirs back to get re-done under warranty, even had the roof off and the whole lot dug out, resealed and re-sprayed but the likely hood is that it will happen again, a dab of paint will sort it, you can't see it!

cool, so its like a strip of draught excluder then, or similar stuck into the gutter?
it's got a pliable feel when poked... i'll glue the paint flake down with that clear laquer paint stick that comes with the twin stick jobbie... |

or if you can get some DumDum and work it into the surface of the gutter, it will fill all the cracks.
whilst your up there, have a look at the gutter around the rear door and make sure it's sealed properly, that's the spot I had a leak in my td5, it would seep in the run along the internal rails and all over me when I went around corners. |
