Mine did that, went quiet after a mile or so.
Springs broken when it was split to replace clutch |

Mines been rattling like that for the past 15,000 miles.

Mine rattled for years, I only had the t changed at 99k because it started slipping🙂
I had the intermediate shaft replaced at the same time and solid half shafts fitted. It’s like a new vehicle now! |

I guess if you commit to "yep, at some stage you may need a flywheel too if the springs have knackered it" then the rattlings not doing any 'harm' per se.....
I say this as a new clutch and an LOF single piece adaptor shaft appears to be £600 Inc VAT plus postage. Which is a lot. For something LR really could've done with getting right for us the first time. Even more so given my vehicles only covered 18000 miles from new... |

Don't get me wrong I'm glad LOF are fixing the issue I'm just cross they have to.... And more so, that I/we all have to pay for them to have to do so! |
