Question your Renewal Notice
I've been insured with Liverpool Victoria for years (originally via the CSMA) and always been happy with their service.

Last year I swopped the policy from the TR90 (they didn't even load me for the mods on that) to the 110 when it was delivered and got a £24 rebate IIRC.

My renewal recently came through at £463 inc European cover, Courtesy car, Guaranteed NCB etc which I thought was a bit of a hike.

Phoned them up to complain and they said they could try a 'more up to date policy' with the same cover ....

That came out at £279 - worth a phone call Thumbs Up John

Same if anyone has AA cover. Renewal came through, £155 for the two of us with most of the options. Thought that seemed high, so got a new online quote..... £95! There was nothing to stop me cancelling and taking the new quote, so I rang them up and put this to them.... surprise surprise, they knocked it down to £95. Just trying it on!

Insurance companys make me laugh, they offer there 'best price' but if you find a better quote give us a call.
I call my insurance company evey year tell them I've got a better price and they match it on beat it. Why don't they give the best price to start with. Banging Head

NFU hiked up my policy this year too, got them down a bit but not enough. My problem is i have commercial insurance on mine for work and i also have 2 trailers insured on the same policy. I just cant find anybody else to give me the right type of cover for less Sad
