Smaland, nice! GF is from Stockholm, we sort of life between there, Amsterdam and London. Bought the Defender to bring back to Sweden one day. Was thinking of "winterproofing" it beforehand. Do you run pre-heating on it?


Yep, I do. Have a Webasto Thermo top P installed. In my opinion, its more or less a must!

Here in Poland common practice is to add 5-10% of gasoline to diesel (only, when it is really cold, below -20).
I have never tried it by myself, but saw it helps. Janusz
