Looks like an electric powered LR running off the overhead trolley bus power lines. Hardly going to excel off road the extension lead will snag on the trees 130 Puma HCPU with an Artica 240LR Demountable Camper

I think they weight the roof to simulate a loaded roofrack and heavier upper body. One that started out as a 2.4 TDCi 110 XS
