Hi Boxer

I have had exactly the same on my 90. Took it to dealer who did a very tidy job sealing it all around the bits that the Ingress manual mentions with mastic type sealant. No more wet carpets - for now... 2011 Defender 90 SW

Cheers Boxer Thumbs Up . Just to clarify - the wet foam on mine was that strip/join which can be seen from outside just below the gutter which is below the windscreen. That has also been sealed all along the outside and I think it was the main culprit. Hope Yours stays dry now Thumbs Up and mine too... 2011 Defender 90 SW

Yes i think you could be right regards the foam strip if sealing the windscreen hasn't sorted it, thats my next step the water looked like it was actually coming out of the foam it only leaks when parked up hill so i think the water is sat on the foam and eventually soaks through.
