1987 Defender 90 300 Tdi HT Epsom Green
hi capacity rear axle
Do the new factory builds have a standard rear axle or is it beefed up, can't find much info on the Land Rover Web site.( it may be there, but I can't find it).

I thought the salisbury got dropped around 2002 and rover axles became standard with a 4 pin diff fitted

My 130 from 08 has what looks like a standard rover rear axle. My old 130 from 98 had a Salisbury.
