600 miles now, all good except a little wobbler i had this weekend.
Been away up North so the 110 sat around for a week. There were, what appeared to be, rust stains down the drivers side from the cappings. It wouldn't rub off easily either so off to the dealers fearing the worst. Guy Salmon in Bristol, how are predominantly a Bling dealer ,were great. the guy set te kids up in the playroom and we took it into the workshop to have a decent look. Up on the ramps we discussed the 2012 spec bit and he and the guys confirmed the 110 IS 2012 spec, door seals, seats, arb whatever. They even though it was a 2.2. It turns out that LR have started to squirt some, if not more, sealer, wax etc in so it had ran out. I hope thats it as i was close to telling them to stick it and get a sport! Dintrol looked OK considering it was a driveway job. Gearchange is getting easier, engines getting smoother but i guess a remap etc will get it to where i want it. So ready to add a few bits, although my list has changed considerable since getting use to the 110. Interior upgrades are paramount, ICE, security, and comfort are top on my list. |

i've only done the chassis to date Zag. i can see alot of the interior coming out in the spring for soundproofing, ICE security etc so it'll get done then.

The handbrakes noisy when reversing, clattering...i assume its the handbrake!, and the N/S rear door seals not sealing properly.
So a trip to the stealers i think to sort these issues before i start to do some mods. 1300 miles now, can't wait for a remap and to do the mods. |
