Not exactly what I was looking for, but read these

THIS

and

THIS

Interesting reading. Not manufacturers press blurb but 'real life' testing. OK OK we can argue about sample size, test protocol etc etc but if you have a bit of time read it

Brendan

PS had to edit to get links working

Brendan,

Links don't work...? Edit....Do now! Thumbs Up

Konabikes,

None whatsoever caused by the filter. Only started having the very occasional P1103 code after having remap and only in low gear at low RPM (maybe once every couple of monhs). Just reset it using the Scangauge when it does happen! When it was initially fitted without the snorkel the only discernable difference was a nice 'induction growl' under load from the air inlet (especially with the window down or in a tunnel or passing a high wall - sad I know! Embarassed Laughing )

K & N weren't selling filters for the Puma when I purchased the ITG one so choice was very limited (in fact think ITG were the only manufacturers at the time offering an aftermarket filter for the Puma) but I have heard that they are one of the market leaders in racing? Still rumour or not asides I was, am still am happy with the purchase.

Thumbs Up If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!

Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!!
