All sounds good if others want to bring buns, bread etc.
Gas backup with a frying pan also seems prudent if sods law prevails and fires don't light!! Sounds like we have a few cooking options now which should help to reduce downtime from the main event of the day!

Don't know what you are worried about - that is just the meeting point Rolling with laughter

Just to be serious for a couple of seconds, there have been very strong winds over the SW today and more forecast until Monday.
If you are going to cook on an open barbeque it may be worth taking something to give shelter to the cooking area.
