Windscreen scratches

Hello !!

While driving back from a trip and had the sun hitting directly on my windscreen (heated one with winterpack) I noticed some scratches. By careful examination I saw they are in the interior side of the windscreen and I am sure I caused them when I tried to clean the exterior and then the interior side without changing to a clear towel.

Do you ever had the same problem and if yes is there something I can do to remove the scratches? I searched in the autoglym website but couldn't find anything.
