I have the Alive road springs & shocks which you need to fit with the anti roll bars on. 2000 90.

Mine on my TD5 lasted 22 years 120K. It didn't fail and was replaced when i had the Alive work done to cope with the increased power.

I see from the simply fab life video they tap on the replacement head but not sure if that means the barbed bit is surplus to requirements

I have had a search see references to the 2 part washer repair kit , which I have now got but I have no idea how to do it.

There is a barbed bit and then the washer head.

Presumably they can also help the grid, sign up to a scheme where you can put power back into the grid when it needs it, for a fee obviously.
