Hank - This engine came out of another truck. I do not have a VIN from it as I bought it as a stand alone engine/tansmission that I put into my 1995 chassis and body.

Mine runs at pretty much 90C in all weathers. Drops to about 84/86 when stationary in colder weather.

I’d be checking your thermostat, also your upgraded radiator may have more of an impact.
