As above, go the OME route (Original Manufacture Equipment) and if needed some Air helper springs.

If you want the connection to last I would replace the crimp connectors with normal spade connectors and solder the joint. Have used the crimp connectors before and the wire often works loose.

I have a 40Ltr Engel. It was expensive but works on both 12v and 240v. Have had it since 1996 and it's never missed a beat. Worth paying the money for in my opinion.

When we went to Morocco we got the butcher to vacuum pack the meat for us (was before you could get the kit from Aldi). Only ever vac packed fresh meat and it lasted the 3 weeks of the trip.
